Can Sourabh design my complete home in this session?
We focus on your main questions in one hour. You get the recording and sketches made in that time. Hire a local architect, designer or draftsman to turn these ideas into complete working drawings. Full floor plans, electrical plans, plumbing plans and complete interior design are not included. Extra work after the call is not included.

No. It is a process and booking explanation with Houme India’s team. Sourabh’s one-to-one consultation is the paid session. Selecting a Setmore callback time does not confirm his appointment.

What should I share before the call?
Send your floor plan, site photos or videos, plot details and three main questions. Our team helps you take and share Vastu directions.
Can I get a second opinion on my existing plan?
Yes. Show your plan and tell him what worries you. Sourabh gives his own advice, separate from your builder or contractor. Your local team makes the final drawings and carries out the work.
Can I discuss budget, materials or a contractor proposal?
Yes. Send the details before the call and put your most important questions first. Sourabh can help you understand your choices. This does not replace checks by your lawyer or site engineer.
What if my walls cannot change?
Tell our team first. Sourabh may help with furniture, storage and changes that fit your current home. He checks your plan before the appointment is confirmed.
Will I get a complete design or drawing set?
No. You get your call recording and the sketches made in the call. Complete home design, electrical and plumbing drawings, construction work and extra work after the call are not included.
What if we need more time?
Ask our team to book more time or another paid call. They will explain the extra charge and the next free slot. You may need to wait because slots are often booked ahead.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling are free before the call with Sourabh is scheduled. Confirm any other applicable terms with the team before payment.
