No. The first free call is with the Houme support team. Sourabh’s 1-hour video consultation is a paid session.
How much does the online consultation cost?
₹6,500, including all taxes. Advance payment is required. The team will explain the payment process.
What should I share before the call?
After payment, the team creates a WhatsApp group and shares a form. Provide your details, floor plans, site photos and videos through this process.
Can I get online guidance on an existing floor plan?
Yes. Share your plan and discuss layout, space planning and room arrangement during the 1-hour video session.
Can I discuss a kitchen or bedroom?
Yes. You can discuss kitchen, bedroom, living room and interior questions. Share your priority questions and relevant photos beforehand.
Does this include a complete home design package?
The session includes guidance and copies of sketches made during the call. Complete design drawings are not included; discuss your requirements with the team.
What will I receive after the call?
Session sketches are shared in your WhatsApp group within a week. Session details and team communication also stay in that group.
Can I book more time or another session?
Additional sessions and extensions are possible. Confirm availability and extra charges with the team beforehand.
Can I discuss multiple rooms in one call?
Yes. Send your main questions in priority order. The depth covered in one hour depends on your questions and shared material. Confirm charges for extra time or sessions beforehand.
Can I discuss bathrooms, paint, lighting or false ceilings?
Yes. Share room photos, available plans and shortlisted options. Confirm the scope with the team first. Detailed technical drawings and on-site execution are not included.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation and rescheduling are free before the call with Sourabh is scheduled. Discuss any other cancellation terms with the team before payment.
